Account Executive

Job Overview

TOURPRO X is seeking Account Executives for its rapidly growing customer base and evolving team. The Account Executive will serve as the primary relationship owner of new and existing customers at all levels of a travel organization (land operators, wholesales and retail) including owner, managers, and team staff.
What are the responsibility of the Account Executive

The Account Executive will have the following responsibilities. As with any high-growth technology company, new responsibilities will be added, and this list should not be viewed as comprehensive.

  • Partnering with TOURPRO X’s, Sales & Marketing, Implementation and Support teams for successful customer initiation and continued nurturing during customer lifetime
  • Farming designated customer portfolio for expansion and upsell opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate customer metrics and reporting
  • Act consultatively with regards to TOURPRO X’s products and services
  • Consistent articulation of TOURPRO X’s value proposition
  • Create regular opportunities for customer engagement
  • Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Navigate internally to meet both customer and TOURPRO X goals
  • Develop strong customer and internal relationships
  • Appropriate escalation of customer issues
  • Own internal and external customer communication
  • Customer product training

 

Qualifications:

Male/Female, Thai nationality only, Age – Opened

Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or other related fields

Have Experience in IT or travel agency should be plus

At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing and sale

Highly motivated, self-disciplined and self-contained

Positive attitude and fast learning

Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and persuasive skills

People and customer oriented, service minded, flexible with Can – Do attitude

Creative, innovative and methodical with a practical approach and high frustration tolerance

Computer Literacy (Microsoft Offices)

Good command in English both spoken and written with strong communication and presentation skill
