Quality Assurance

Job Overview

As the Quality Assurance, you are trusted with the quality of the product, ensuring that it is fit for purpose and meet both the external and internal requirements (for the client, user and company) before reaching the user.

By developing and executing exploratory tests as well as automated tests in order to ensure product quality.

Estimate, plan and coordinate testing activities.

Ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked and resolved in our defect tracking system


What are the responsibilities of the Quality Assurance

With the concept of agile and lean in mind, you are expected to:

  1. visit client or attend meetings with Account Executives to receive requirements
  2. review requirements (such as user story, pain and acceptance criteria) and how each module fit together making sure they are accurate and complete
  3. make sure that the product complies with the requirement by
    1. Developing, maintaining, and executing test plan and cases/scripts in module/component test, integration test, system test, and regression test
    2. Developing, maintaining, executing, and analyzing performance and load tests
  4. keeping track of all defects resulting from testing, ensuring all high and urgent priority defects are resolved on time
  5. maintaining and completing detailed test results data
  6. analyze and look for ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency making report and presenting to scrum master and team
  7. communicate and assist the development team, answering questions during implementation
  8. proactively contribute ideas for new features and identify area of improvements, especially in:
    1. reducing test time
    2. automation
    3. reducing error

Qualification

 

  • Male or Female, Thai Nationality, Age over 25 years
  • Graduated from Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Science or Computer Engineer or relevant Degree
  • At least 2 years’ experience for Tester
  • Having Automate Test( Jenkins , Visual Studio ASP.Net (C#), Framework Selenium )
  • Having experience for basic coding
  • Having logical thinking and analysis
  • Able to set test process
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Proactive mind-set and a team player
